Swift Testing on Android: reducing a SIL verification failure
STARTER DISCUSSION — iSwift editorial prompt, not a member bug report.
A September report describes a SIL verifier failure while building Swift Testing for Android with development toolchains. The reporter did not observe it on other platforms.
DISCUSS
Which host, Android SDK, NDK and Swift snapshot are you using? Can you isolate the failure to a small package? Share the first diagnostic and a minimal build command, with private paths removed.
Include: Swift/Xcode version, operating system, build flags, expected result and actual result. Do not include passwords or private project code.

The upstream report was open when checked on October 4, 2026. Status can change; read the issue before relying on any workaround. iSwift has not independently reproduced this bug.
